Basic Occupational Safety and Health (SO 3 COSH)

Course Objective

This 40 – hour course is required under Occupational Safety & Health Standards of the Philippines, specifically Rule 1030, as amended by Department Order No. 16 – series of 2001 of the Department of Labor and Employment. This training aims to provide an understanding of the hazards and risk, and plans to equip skill in performing safefy assessment and analysis of hazards, and controls of the various phases in the construction industry. Determining and assessing appropriate control measures, and developing and implementing OSH program.
