Terms and Conditions:

1. The participants shall be required to open their video camera during the entire training for video recording of their attendance.
2. Participants who have missed more than Four (4) hours of the whole training duration shall not be given certificates of completion. The participants shall be allowed to attend missed topic/s in the next on-line training.
3. For Safety Officer I or SO1 participants who have missed more than (1 hour and 20 minutes) of the whole training duration shall not be given certificates of completion.
4. You will receive an email confirmation and payment details after you register. You can pay through BDO, Security Bank, Palawan Express, G-Cash to BDO.
• Payment must be made at least 3-5 days before the training date.
• For CSSP and CSSM, we accept 50% down payment before the start of the training, and the other 50% before the training ends.
• For CSSI, CSSS, CSISP and CCTV full payment is required since it's a 2 or 3-day online training only.
5. Kindly send your Proof of Payment to p.payments@commandergroup.com.ph
6. Send us a copy of your 2x2 Photo with White Background and photo of your Signature for ID purposes.
7. ID & Certificates may be claimed or shipped out after 5 working days after the training date.
8. We will update you once your item is already available for pick-up or shipment.
9. Once paid, meeting details for the online training will be send to your email one day before the training date .
